Thank you so much for supporting my small business! Every piece is thoughtfully handmade using upcycled towels and materials, making each creation unique in its own way.

From towel dresses and shorts to tote bags and custom creations, I put time, care, and attention into every order. Because each piece is individually made, I have established the following policy to keep expectations clear and ensure a fair experience for everyone.

Due to the handmade, limited-edition, and one-of-a-kind nature of my creations, all sales are final. No returns, refunds, or exchanges are offered for change of mind, incorrect sizing selected by the customer, personal preference, or items that are not as expected when the item matches its description and approved specifications.

This policy applies to ready-to-ship, made-to-order, personalized, and custom creations.

For custom orders, customers are responsible for reviewing and approving their measurements, design preferences, and order details before production begins.

Please note that this policy does not limit any rights or remedies you may have under applicable consumer-protection laws.

If you are unsure about sizing or need assistance taking measurements, please contact me before placing your order. I am always happy to help guide you through the process.

For personalized and custom orders, please double-check all approved measurements and design details before production begins.

Your satisfaction is important to me. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from what was described or approved, please contact me as soon as possible.

Please email me within 7 calendar days of delivery at yennystyles.email@gmail.com and include:

• Your order number and proof of purchase.
• A description of the issue.
• Clear photographs showing the damage, defect, or discrepancy.

Please keep the item in its original condition and avoid washing or using it while your concern is being reviewed.

If an item is confirmed to be defective or incorrectly made, I will work with you on an appropriate resolution, which may include a repair, replacement, or refund, as applicable under California law.

The 7-day reporting request helps me address concerns promptly and does not waive or shorten any rights you may have under applicable law.

One of the things that makes my creations special is that no two pieces are exactly alike!

Because I work with upcycled towels and materials, you may notice slight differences in:

• Color shades and patterns.
• Fabric texture and thickness.
• Stitching and handmade details.
• Minor measurement variations.

These natural variations are part of the charm and character of handmade products and are not considered defects when consistent with the product description.

All products are represented as accurately as possible through photographs and descriptions. Please remember that screen settings and lighting can affect how colors appear.

Shipping fees are non-refundable when an order is delivered as agreed and is not eligible for a refund.

If your package arrives damaged or an item is lost or otherwise affected during shipping, please contact me so I can review the situation and help determine the appropriate next steps.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights you may have under applicable shipping or consumer-protection laws.
